12 MONTH WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE
All work that we carry out is covered by our workmanship guarantee, for which your invoice serves as your reference. This guarantee is valid for 12 months from the day that the work is completed.
Any materials that we use is covered by manufacturers warranty, that can vary in length and terms. We will advise you of any warranties that you will have, and how to ensure they are valid.
In the unusual case that any work we carry out or materials we use does not have a guarantee, we will explain this to you before hand, to ensure that you are happy.
We will never charge more for our time, or the materials we use, than is a fair and reasonable price. We will always discuss costs with you fully before undertaking any work, and in the event that we discover something unpredictable, we will discuss this again with yourself.
HONESTY & TRANSPARENCY
We will always be completely open about the work that needs doing, and will never try to sell you anything that is not necessary.

We offer a flexible range of payment methods including by cash, or BACS transfer. Our electricians all carry Chip & Pin readers, and are able to except all major credit & debit cards including Amex
